"Located just two blocks north of Glendale Ave in glendales historic distreict. The settin is quaint in a historic home surrounded by antiques and heavenly sented roses. Once seated the disappointment begins. It is a small family owned mexican restaurant. The service is sporadic. The restaurant seats no more than 30 and there were only two 4 tops seated. I waited no less than 10 minutes to have my drink order taken and another 5 minutes to receive Iced Tea. The menu was very basic, but I ordered, the chile rellenos, rice and beans with a side of chips and salsa. My friends ordered tacos and enchiladas. I had a VERY NEGATIVE experience with this establishment. I scheduled my daughter 's baby shower at Cee cee 's on 3/27 and paid a significant deposit but had to move it to a different location due to lack of service. Margie was suppose to get a menu to me in 10 days, it took me 6 weeks to get a response from her. She still didn 't provide a menu but asked that we come in for a tasting. When we drove a long way to the tasting, she didn 't show up and didn 't answer her phone or respond to my calls. It has taken me nearly a month to get my deposit back and I have found the owner to be unreliable and rude. When she returned my deposit she made it out to prima dona .
