"We started with edamame and enjoyed some hot green tea. My friend ordered a beef stir-fry, which she raved about as being delicious. I opted for the tuna tataki, seared lightly and served in a subtle sauce over a bed of vegetables, perfectly seasoned without the overwhelming saltiness that some places tend to overdo. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, we found a quiet corner that allowed us to enjoy our evening away from the crowd. The food and tea kept coming at a steady pace, which was impressive given the bustling dining room. I highly recommend giving this place and its diverse fusion menu a try!"

The noodles, ramen, and soba made with cherry blossoms are excellent. The flavors are impressive! However, you will need to navigate a lot of construction and cones on Camelback.

This café has a warm and inviting European atmosphere, complete with dark forests and tiled decor, so we finally decided to stop for lunch. The place was bustling for a weekday and had a cozy vibe as soon as we walked in. The service was fantastic. The menu was extensive, featuring pasta dishes from around the globe, including Italian options. Since we were in the mood for Asian-inspired dishes, we asked the waitress about the spiciness of the meals, as I was hoping for something milder. She was very helpful and made some great suggestions.

I ordered the Kitsune Udon Soup, which came with a selection of freshly baked breads. The serving was quite generous, and the soup included Udon noodles, flakes of roasted nori, green onions, a beef broth, and seasoned fried tofu squares known as kitsune. It was filling enough to keep me satisfied until dinner. Service was a bit slow due to the number of guests and only 2 to 3 servers on duty. My total bill was $10, including the tip. One additional note: Cherryblossom Noodle Cafe is listed in the 2007 Entertainment book for the Phoenix area, offering discounts on dinner for members.
