"Chesa Bistro is an amazing find! As a family we seek out gluten free restaurants as a family member has celiac. This restaurant delivers amazing food that is gluten free! We had the fried chicken and waffles and hush puppies- everything was truly amazing!! I wish all restaurants could provide such amazing gluten free options. I don’t want to ever over sell a place but I highly recommend this place to anyone (gluten-free or not) becuase the flavors were amazing!"

Since I have celiac I was excited to go here but I must say that everyone will enjoy the excellent food. Gluten free chicken and waffles ? Ridiculous ! I even ordered the fried catfish to bring home.

Had reservation but arrived late due to expressway lane closures half an hour before closing. Owner understood and had us seated and served for brunch. Catfish entree and peach cobbler waffles were excellent.

We absolutely loved everything about our dining experience at Chesa’s. Friendly service, great drinks and delicious food. Two people in our group have Celiac disease, which is why we chose this restaurant. Everything is GF, so it was great to have so many options for them. We decided to eat family style so they could try everything. Loved everything we ordered, including chicken and waffles, hush puppies and short ribs. We will definitely be back.
