"Looking forward to eating here, but was very disappointed in the grilled chicken club sandwich meal. Starting with the good.. the waffle fries were hot. My sandwich on the other hand was NOT. The bread was not fresh and barely held together as I ate only1/2 of the sandwich. The chicken was lukewarm. I paid 14 dollars for a meal and a brown, but only the fries and brownie werethe best part of the meal. No point for the drink because that should always be right."

Never have to check your bag . Never have to be worried your server hates their job and is completely rude. They're always professional and polite . If I could afford it I'd eat at Chick-fil-A every morning. It's the only fast food restaurant inMonroe ,Ga we leave with a smile on our face .

Slowest service ever for us at this store. Easy order of 1 sandwich, 2 fries, 1 order of tenders, and 2 shakes. When we got up to the service area, the person only gave us the two shakes. Then , when we didn?t move, he asked if we ordered something else.Then we waited another 5 minutes for the remaining order.

Love love love Chick-fil-A..???? They are my #1 favorite place to get breakfast! Chicken Mini's for breakfast is me and my mom's favorite way to start our day. Not only is the food delicious but the staff is always so nice I don't think I have ever checkedmy bag to see if my order is correct because it always is!! I wish every restaurant could run like this.

"Nice environment. Not too brightly lit. Drink prices were affordable and strong. I had the 20z Ribeye medium. With potatoes au gratin on the side. Order came out at around the same length of time as other steak houses I've been to. The steak came out medium as I ordered. With a nice crust on the outside. Like a good steak house, no need for steak sauce. The juices from the steak was the only sauce needed. The bread came in handy to sop it up. Potatoes were warm and soft. Along with a nice crisp on the cheese. I'll be returning next time I'm in town."

"No greeting at door. Waited till someone came from office to the right, to seat us. People at bar seam to be having good time. 1 other Tabel had guest. After being seated Did hot get biscuits and butter. Till after 3or4othee guest were seated and got thers. Grouper a little over cooked but good. My wife's vinison. Was way over and tuff and dry. BUMMER. It was her birthday. I am a local barber of 35years and had high expectations. LETDOWN. But on a good note. Your biscuits were great. And the duck frys were also."

"This was our third time dining at Restaurant Cotton for my daughter's graduation from ULM. Definitely not the best experience. The first two visits were absolutely incredible; from the cocktails (the blueberry fence hopper), the wait staff and the food was excellent!. This night, we were a party of 11. The waiter was very polite, yet could not get our order correct. The food was wrong as was the drink order. We ordered a kids chicken dinner, and he brought out a hamburger (said they were out of chicken). Should have notified us prior to bringing out the burger, as the child was under 2 and the burger was not a good option, so was not eaten. The drink order was completely wrong, brought out three wrong drinks we politely accepted them and made the best of it. One venison schnitzel had one small piece of venison, while the other three orders had two nice pieces. There was only one option for desert out of everything. I guess I was so disappointed because our previous two visits ware perfect. Will certainly return, hopefully this was just an off night! PS. Chef Bahr was no where to be found that night."

"Can?t go wrong with a wine out there bottle huh. Sadly yes being a server and once bartender I know drinks shouldn?t and are not suppose to be take off but a little effort to satisfy the patron was suppose to happen. Or even the manager coming out to say I?m sorry as well. But these drinks were unsatisfactory. Yet I?ll still have to pay for them. I?ll still tip the server as he did nothing wrong. But hospitality is maybe what I?m looking for and I didn?t get that ? I?ve had wayyyyyyy better drinks here. Disappointed"

"2nd experience as good as the first. Had the Newks Q sandwich with Mac and cheese which was delicious. Fast service and great quality of food. My wife had the salad of shrimp and avocado which tasted great as well. Definitely recommend for a quick lunch. Pretty casual so it fits me well."
