"Surprisingly, Chinatown is the first Chinese restaurant I’ve visited that didn’t offer tea; we were given glasses of tap water with ice instead, and tea wasn’t even listed on the menu! While soy sauce decanters were present at every table, they contained the high-sodium version (red cap), and I have come to prefer the so-called light soy sauce (green cap), which wasn’t available here. As for the food, it was decent, with some flavor. The orange sauce on my beef was a bit too thick, but the fresh orange zest added a nice touch. The beef itself was paper-thin pieces coated in batter; it was fried thoroughly but surprisingly wasn’t greasy or burnt. The few pieces of broccoli that came with it...

Ordered the vegetable dish with garlic sauce. The vegetables were fresh and the dish was a little spicy. I enjoyed it very much and will return

This restaurant is fantastic for Chinese food in Maine. They have a diverse menu, delicious dishes, and reasonable prices. The combo meals offer an excellent deal, giving you an appetizer, an entree, and fried rice for under $10. I tried the sesame chicken, while my companion opted for the ginger sesame chicken, and we both loved our meals. The service was outstanding; our food arrived quickly and was flavorful. The country music playing in the background adds to the unique Maine vibe of the place.

Was in Topsham and was looking for Chinese food. So obviously looked up on yelp! Chose Chinatown and went to it. Ordered 2 dish and 2 egg rolls. Their egg roll was tasty and was surprised by it. It was rightly spiced not too salty or bland. So good egg rolls. I also ordered beef chow fun. It was very good. The beef in the noodle dish was tender and noodles were just delicious. If I am in the area I would get the beef chow fun again. The kung pao chicken on the other hand was ok. I have had better. I took 1 star off because of their prices. It is a little high. Overall not a bad meal. Service was very fast!
