"I have lived in the Lehigh Valley for over 42 years and have tried many Oriental restaurants. Over the years, many have closed down. In the 80s, House of Chen on Hamilton Street was a popular spot for food and drinks. Recently, I started going to China Wok on 7th Street and I can say that this restaurant has exceptional service and food. There is a very polite and welcoming young lady at the front. I highly recommend this restaurant over any other in the Lehigh Valley. If you want your meal customized to your liking, this is the place to go. My coworker and I decided to have Chinese food for dinner and chose to try China Wok for the first time. We ordered sesame chicken and fried rice as separate dishes, one with pork and one with shrimp. The sesame chicken was dark brown in the middle, which was unusual and not something I had seen before when ordering sesame chicken from other places. The shrimp in the fried rice seemed to be spoiled. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend China Wok to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
