"It's Cicis, period.We wanted to go back to our college times of eating cheap food that fills your stomach so we ended up here.You have to understand, real quality meats such as chicken, high quality beef etc are not cheap.Beef and chicken used on pizzas are not really actual meats, they are fillers and ingredients mimicking meat flavor mixed together to taste like meat. I haven't been to Cicis for a long time and I had a great time and I had a lot of pizza and dessert the people were very nice and happy to help you the pizza you want and dessert you want, it was great everywhere around!!!! Food: 5/5

This situation is downhill last year. Customer service, selection and cleanliness. They were moderately busy, but the food looked like it was sitting there for a while. Most locations have someone on layer that is very interactive with customers and make sure they take care of them. It seemed that the staff barely realized that customers were even there. Definitely not the standard I have seen other CiCi locations.
