"This is not the awesome Claim Jumper that I remember from years ago which explains the nearly deserted restaurant on a Holiday weekend. Food for our table of 4 were served at different times. They ran out of their signature 6 layer cake causing a big delay for dessert. When it was served it was clearly frozen, stone cold. Portion sizes much smaller. Very disappointed."

I made reservations so I didn’t have to wait that long, when I got there we waited about 30 to get seated. The reservation where not being counted. There was really no point of making reservations if they whete the going to follow.

It was Valentine's day but I had made a reservation for 8:45pm via open table as I was flying in from out of town. We arrived at around 8:35 but did not get seated until about 9:15pm. Not sure if they were full why Open Table or Claim Jumper would not allow reservation as other restaurants in the system do.
