"The Laoyou soup had a delicious, rich fermented black bean flavor, and the beef tripe absorbed the flavors well. The Pickled cabbage noodle soup was more mild, but adding the house-made chili oil sauce improved it. While it was decent, it didn't quite compare to the pickled vegetable soup at Noodleosophy. The Guilin rice noodles appeared to be a popular choice, with many takeout orders. The soy milk was tasty and refreshing. The service was good, the tables were clean, and the bathrooms are currently being remodeled."

This restaurant serves the most authentic Guilin noodles I have ever had in the Bay Area. I am thrilled to have found this place, as the noodles remind me of home. The dry Guilin noodles with crispy pork and beef brisket are a must-try dish.

The food at this restaurant is of poor quality. The Five Blessings Guilin Rice Noodle is excessively salty and lacks any other flavor. The Deep-fried Egg Pork Ribs Over Rice dish does not resemble the picture or description that was advertised. It's a shame that this restaurant has declined in quality as it used to be quite good.

The quality and flavor of the Guilin noodles here are not as good as the ones in China. They are less authentic and the broth is too salty compared to what I experienced in China. The noodles are served in a paper bowl and the toppings are not authentic either. The service is lacking, as there is no warm welcome and you have to scan a QR code on the table to see the menu and pay at the counter by yourself. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.
