Although it was between hours- 3 o'oclock in the afternoon-how refreshing he was genuinely welcoming. His name is Trung Lu and he is was super cool and attentive- zero bad attitude and very attentive, not in an intrusive way. We ordered several dishes all were authentic, super fresh, creatively presented!The shrimps quality was so good in the green papaya salad, that we had to order another dish with shrimp, called "spicy hoi sin prawns"- which the waiter ordered for us not spicy with no problems-that is pretty unique!
