"Ordered take out online, went and picked up my order, get home and stuff is missing. One item missing was a small pizza, who forgets they ordered a whole pizza only me lol. When I called Chris the owner answered and took down all the items I was missing, asked what kind of soda we liked and for my address. He himself drove to my house to bring out missing items, the food was delicious and service like that is unbeatable!"

"Ordered food here tonight and was told over the phone to be there in 30, waited 30 minutes, headed over and had to wait an additional hour. Went home, which mind you it 's only a 5 minute drive and my food was cold!! I called to make a complaint and they said sorry . They didn 't even offer to remake my food. I didn 't even want a refund and all they could say is sorry."

Back-story: me and girlfriend were doing a homemade pizza night and went to a grocery store in a different town, on the way home ww realised we forgot the dang pizza dough. so we stopped at the local grocery store but they had none or frozen and every other pizza place was closed, but when we called big al's they had just what we were looking for and even gave us the pizza dough no charge! totally saved pizza night!
