"Ordered food here tonight and was told over the phone to be there in 30, waited 30 minutes, headed over and had to wait an additional hour. Went home, which mind you it 's only a 5 minute drive and my food was cold!! I called to make a complaint and they said sorry . They didn 't even offer to remake my food. I didn 't even want a refund and all they could say is sorry."

I've been ordering here every other week since I moved here 4 months ago and will no longer order from them. I'm (was) a regular customer I wanted to order a lunch combo but didn't want the appetizers soaking in the lobster sauce so I asked if they can put the appetizers into a different to go container and I'll pay for it and he wouldn't do it that is sad
