"The manager went beyond and beyond today! I ordered Panera to cancel my order in court of her website at $0 per Tordash, 40 minutes after my order. I called Panera immediately and only asked what's going on, and he was as attentive as I was and offered a refund, I starved so I told him I was still over to get the food. When I arrived, he just put a fresh bag on my shelf: he was so apologetic, but it was NOT Panera's fault! Doordash could have called me and told me they couldn't get my food over me, that day and age I expect this Lol! Thanks for your Rockstar status service!"
