"I went here to get me and my kids ice cream, when I ordered I had to wait for the employee’s to talk in between coming back to finish getting my order three times and there was two people helping me! I ordered and asked for a waffle cone and then when the employee was making it I reminded her to put it in a waffle cone! She told me I had already paid and wasn’t charged for the waffle cone and refused to put my ice cream in one. I offered to pay for the waffle cone and was refused because the employee said there was no way to charge me for it, because I already paid! So I paid for ice cream I never got!!!!"

"Saturday early evening. After a bad experience at HuHot Mongolian Grill next door we decided to get some Cold Stone. They were out of at least 6 flavors and this place was filthy. I thought HuHot was bad, but this place was disgusting. A common thing in this mall or simply everyone is suffering due to staffing shortages? Not sure because both places seemed to have plenty of staff. I wouldn’t recommend this location. At least the product was good, hence the 2 stars."

"Customer service has eluded these people. I got 2 scoops of different flavors. I asked for a mix-in topping with one of the flavors. The little boy who was unenthusiastically ?helping? me flat out refused. He said ?It?s too much work.? I pointed outthat the process is the exact same as any other order with a mix-in. He then said he could mix both flavors and toppingstogether, but couldn?t do a mix-in on only one of the flavors. That?s ridiculous AND the same amount of work. What?s worse?thesenior fellow working with him said nothing, allowing this kid to flat out lie to customers. Shame."

"The guys who worked there welcomed us with seemingly real enthusiasm and worked quickly and efficiently to get through all customers before they took my order. But the young man who helped me made fun of my order, and the boy who helped my friend was reluctant to give her her ice cream when she had too much sugar after him. "My rating is ZERO. This Sunday, I visited this Cold Stone and there is a girl with long black hair that is serving ice-cream after running her hands all through her hair with no gloves or care. As I'm eating, my ice cream, I get a long black hair in my ice-cream yuckk- tie your hair back lady- you wouldn't like it if it were your food. Piggy workers, go work somewhere else if you don't want to respect someone's food. To the owner: Please implement sanitary conditions standards which MUST be followed when dealing with food. This place needs help with health standards and better staff! I will be calling the Dept. of Health- this is appalling and unsafe."
