"Very impressed with the food at Urban Plates. When I arrived and I saw it was kinda like an order and take your number to a table I was wondering if it would be as good as the pictures. I can assure you it is. Excellent presentation and even better taste. I was very happy. The atmosphere was pleasant; there are several tables and a few benches and outdoor seating decor. It wasn't like most dining places where half the tables are dirty from prior customers; it was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely return. I will likely visit this place again on a future trip to San Diego."

"Amazing! We hunted to Pasta and were thrilled! Their margaritas were so smooth and taste combination was great (I got fruity) We have white lasagna and meatball and pasta. I still remember her taste after 4 days, truffle in white lasagna was just the right amount that all the ingredients are blowing! Her tomato sauce was not overwhelming tomatoes, but so fresh! Butternut Squash soup warmed up from the wind. We would definitely come back at the next visit."

"A great selection of vegan options at this gelato place, which seems to pay close attention to high-quality ingredients. The vegan pistachio gelato is so fabulous that I am glad, for my waist and wallet, that I don't live closer. I can also vouch for the mango and chocolate options. The smallest cup looks very small, but they pack in a huge amount of gelato, including 2 different flavors if you want, so it's actually a very generous dessert. I love the sign that explains why ugly (imperfect) fruit is a great, sustainable choice."

"I found this through a map search for ice cream. It is a cute little shop in a shopping center about a quarter mile from the Children 's Pool. The shopping center has a small parking lot and lots of empty spaces on a Sunday afternoon.Froglanders has tea and coffee drinks, savory and sweet crepes, and frozen yogurt that you can top with various toppings. It isn 't a self serve frozen yogurt place. Instead they put the frozen yogurt and toppings in the cup. My kid got the tadpole size, which was perfect for a single person and only 4.50 (toppings were 0.50 per topping extra). I cannot have dairy so had an Amazing crepe with Nutella, strawberry, banana, and whipped cream. My kid loved watching them make the crepe. I was expecting a dollop of whipped cream but instead they gave me an entire cup (our order was to go).Service was awesome and the two people working were so kind to me and my daughter. We loved the cute frog-themed names and decor for the place."

"I don't venture into this shopping center often so it was really tricky trying to find the store front. It's just past Marshall's across from the huge MTS parking structure.I was trying to save time by ordering online but it required me sign up for an account. It was so much faster to go inside and order there was no line. Staff is very friendly and the store is well kept. We got both our bowls and headed out quickly. Great deal for a regular size you get 3 scoops of protein! Many places only offer 2. And they offer lobster here. I always like to stack mine with extra toppings. Only complaint was the sauce was a little light, wanted a little extra spicy mayo. Other than that the bowl was so good!Parking is getting much better in this area. There is huge parking lot now. Plenty of space."
