"When I first started eating at frisco deli, everything was good. the sandwiches, the burgers and the ribs. the chicken pliers were okay. but last time the burgers suck. they do not taste like ground bark. if salt cannot improve its taste, there is something really wrong."

"Before I order a Uber Eats, I called the restaurant to see if they are able to remove the bacon from the Steakhouse Potatoes, as it does not allow changes in the app. The lady I spoke with sounds insecure, but said yes, I could do that. Put the order and called back immediately and believed it was the same lady I spoke to earlier. She wasn't the professionals and I had to ask her if she needed my name for the order. I made my request and said she would let the kitchen know. Either she did not tell them or they did not acknowledge the request because lo and behold, there is bacon; I don't eat pigs and it won't eat. Had taken from other reviews and not ordered from here."

"Was staying a a nearby hotel after driving down from north Mississippi and arriving right at close. Stopped by for my final catfish dinner the night before I flew home to Maine. -As I eat Catfish up to five times per week when I’m down south Arrived ten minutes before close, while they were cleaning up, counting the register, but instead of being annoyed, they were happy to take my order for carry-out. Very friendly service. When my food came out, they’d forgotten the gumbo and it hadn’t been added to the check. I thought the total was was too cheap when I paid, but I guess the girl didn’t hear me? Regardless, the guy came from out back, apologizes and said give them another couple minutes and they’d fire back up the burner so they could heat it up and make sure it was hot and fresh. They apologized again and just gave me the gumbo for no charge, even though I was trying to pay the additional cost. Out of the five catfish dinners I’d had the previous eight days, it was the best here! Guy wasn’t lying when he was aid there’s was the best fried catfish in the area. (That’s also what local relatives told me and the reason I tried it out)"

"Not sure what the issue was but we arrived on Saturday night 5/15 at 9p. Although there were hardly any seats filled we were told it would be a 40m wait !!! . After about 20m our group of 5 was seated. Drinks were ordered, then upon the server 's return, we place our orders ~9:30p . Biscuits cornbread were delayed until the food was delivered 20m after we ordered 9:50p . Most of the food was lukewarm the gravy was stiff . The server rarely returned to assist. Simply amazing that this restaurant is still in business if this is typical. BTW, if Cracker Barrels cannot get their stuff together, we 'll be one of many families that will simply avoid the restaurants altogether."

"There's hit and there's miss... then there's complete lack of concern. I've been to this location three times over the span of six months... every, single, time, the staff members could care less if you're there or not and are usually running around like ants from a disturbed bed. The only reason I'd return is in the event there are no other options. Customer service means everything!"
