"There's hit and there's miss... then there's complete lack of concern. I've been to this location three times over the span of six months... every, single, time, the staff members could care less if you're there or not and are usually running around like ants from a disturbed bed. The only reason I'd return is in the event there are no other options. Customer service means everything!"

Great food, polite staff. The smoothes and foods are always made right when I come here, and the place is always clean.

from any reason, they are always out. I literally travel to the tropical smoothie in flowood so I can get a better experience. Pearl is honestly only badly managed. but the workers are nice.
