"Before going to Cuistot we had read a number of very good reviews; our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. We had an array of dinner dishes and found most to be exceptionally good. We both agreed that the crab cakes were fresh and exquisite, and both the wild mushrooms and the ginger carrot soups were delicious without being overwhelming. For the main courses we ordered the salmon and the sea bass and we both agreed that we had made the right choice. The big surprise was the desert, it was a Tarte Tatin made to perfection. Our waitress was caring and attentive and we appreciated her service."

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at Cuistot just before they closed for the summer. Despite our concerns about a possible drop in quality, we were pleasantly surprised.
