"The staff was rude and unhelpful. The blizzards were watery and did not meet our request to be made thicker. All three staff members gave us nasty looks when we asked for the change. The woman at the window handed us a watery blizzard, closed the window in our faces, and walked away. Their customer service was extremely poor. Overall, we rated the food, service, and atmosphere a 1 out of 5."
