"The girl with long dark hair and long fingernails that hindered her hands was extremely lazy, she did not enter the order correctly or read it back. She forgot drinks and got angry when we asked for them, then only gave 2 of the 3 and was extremely rude when asking for the third, then gave the wrong drink. She rang in both burgers plain and dry, only 1 was supposed to be. . I honestly can understand mistakes but not just not caring and being hateful when asked to give what was paid for. If you don't want to be treated badly stay away."

Dairy Queen came in clutch when El Pollo Loco was able to deliver the lot 't. Decided to frequent old believers and of course I was 't disappointed. Our food came hot, fresh and super delicious. The young lady who brought out our food thanked us and apologized for waiting, something COMPLETELY MISSING from the Fiasko was El Pollo Loco Make You yourself a favor and just come first
