"we thought that the location and decor were tempting enough to decide we had dinner in dinette. what a disappointment. my partner chooses huh in mushroom cream with frits. a dried, strongly baked chicken piece came with a goat meat containing in a separate bowl mushroom. I had sauces from packages that were tastier. my job was ravioli with chanterelle, who filled sage butter. if there was a chanterelle somewhere near this ravioli, I eat my hat! the salbeibutter, usually elegant and subtle, was made with dry sage, which kept all evening in my throat. on a positive note, the personal was friendly and the white beer beautiful and cold."

very nice atmosphere and attentive service. the meat dishes were good, but they did not whip. the reaction to our feedback was very customer-oriented and professional. Maybe next time we're lucky.

"visited on 30.03.2013 restaurant “degustino” kapellenstrasse 33 (at marienhospital) d 52066 aachen burtscheid telefon 0241 45008510 people: 2 times: lunch I do not report of a typical Italian restaurant, as the name “degustino” may be mistaken. the “degustino” is a bistro-style restaurant with Mediterranean, inspired Italian cuisine. the greeting was warm and we were, as we were early, to choose a table. the service repair we receive the menu and were asked for our drink request. the drinks, two mineral water, were served immediately and the service filled the glasses. Almost at the same time we received a small basket with 6 pizza rolls and a small exfoliation with a delicious petersilien butter that had the shape of an iceball, including surprisingly normal butter. the butter was pleasantly spreadable. After a pleasant time we were asked for our direction. the menu and the chalkboards in the restaurant proved to be promising and creatiw, so the choice for us did not seem easy. thanks to the consulting of the service staff, we decided as follows. we ordered: 2 bottles of mineral water to 1.90 € 1 lunch table to 10.80 € consisting of: 1 appetizer: stone mushroomravioli with stone mushrooms and as main dish: roasted cadjau on risotto a lobster foamy and as 2nd main dish on 12.90 € 3 sorts filled ravioli with goat cheese, mango and spelgo. 1 dessert variations to 6,90 € consisting of: 1 peeling with vanilleeis, 1 peeling panna cotta, 1 peeling crème brûlée 1 open wein, savignon blanc, glass to 3,90 € the appetizer: stone mushroom ravioli with stone mushrooms wonderfully fragrant presents itself two ravioli filled with a color of stone ****. the “old dente” ravioli with a fine stone mushroom filling in spicy petersilien butter and stone mushrooms were an excellent taste experience. together with the cherry tomatoes and the Ruccolasalat leaflet, this appetizer had to expect only well in the main dish. 1 roasted cadjau on risotto applied to lobster foamy in a large deep plate thirteen a beautiful piece, on the skin fried cadjau, on ally mirror of slightly glazed, outside creamy, with butter fried risotto (the reis was frizzy,) the frenzy image gave the dorsch was very professional on the skin red the rice was on the teller, as it belongs to a good risotto, still slightly resistant to bites, had enough liquid to be eaten with the spoon. the fine, lobster foam, which surrounds the risotto, the krone put on the yard. this court was excellent in its totality harmonious. the wee in the recommended sauvignon blanc reminds in parfum by ginster in the nase, and due to its mild dryness was a good recommendation of the service workers that is suitable for the court. 2tes main dish 3 sorts filled ravioli with mango, cirschtomaten, goat cheese on sage butter. beautifully shaped, which allows to close on self-made ravioli, 3 differently filled ravioli presents itself to a deep dish. the “old dent” served ravioli were, with the various fillings, the goat cheese, the delicious, fine sage butter, the fruity slightly plastered mango strips and the light sweet of cherry tomatoes, simply “KÖSTLICH”. the dessert consisted of three small pots and offered a tempting look. it was served only once, from the friendly service staff, in wise die, even a second spoon, for my guide who did not want dessert additionally. dessert consisted of a dish with a delicious and creamy vanilla ice cream. the dish belongs to it, with a very finely tuned and extremely tasty, a sowing “Vanille panna cotta” as well as, a bowl with a delicious crème brûlée, the whole lunch table. so that we both scatter around the bet of dessert. the environment of the degustino presents itself on the outside with a large window front and allows the view over the near pedestrian zone. Inside there is a clear, bright, friendly and good decorated bistro atmosphere. the tables and are beautifully decorated and equipped with a comfortable seat. the audience after the event, the restaurant filled with a mixed pleasant and unavoidable publikum, which consisted partly of master and new guests. hygiene the restaurant and also the toilets we visited were very well maintained. price performance in view of the experienced cheerful and pleasant prices of a total of 50,30 €, incl. 6,00 € drinking money, we can only describe the price of the performance with excellent quality. we would like to thank the entire team of “Degustino” for the experienced joys, the good service. we come back and recommend our friends this restaurant. what we have done in the meantime!"
