The brisket is so tasty. I’ll pass on the Mac and cheese but the potato salad was perfect as a side to my meal.

I've had better ribs, in the middle of Tennessee. For New York City, Dinosaur is the best rib. When I go to pick up a rib, and I pick up a clean bone that just fell out of the rack… That's done perfectly, they don't always get there, but usually do. The corn bread can sometimes run on the dry side (it isn't consistent).
