"If you're not from New Mexico, you're not going to understand Dion's entirely. The pizza is rock solid, but people having an expectation from the East Coast or West Coast generally get a little confused. This place was a staple for a lot of people growing up in this state. It's not just that it's a solid pizza, but it's also the nostalgia. If you're not from New Mexico, I would recommend just getting a pizza with the stuff you want on it or a specialty that sounds good to you. If you want my personal recommendation, the Duke City with extra green chili on it is the best pizza that they offer. If you're looking for one of their sandwiches, the price for what you get is absolutely out of this...

The worst pizza I've ever ate. It was dry hardly any sauce or cheese and all the veggies were cold and raw.

I come from out of town and just because I came a few minutes early the girl at the drive thru was mad about it. Gives me a lecture about my timing then tells me I have to park real close to the doors in order for them to walk out my order. I never have this problem at the other one. And to mention I was 6 minutes early. I will not be going to the one on Cerillos Rd anymore. It wasn't just me all 4 cars behind me had to park and were upset

"My wife and I wanted a nice, relaxed place to sit outside and have a fun dinner. We were very disappointed with the service. It took our waiter about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity while waiting to order drinks). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and water, but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We haven't seen our server in a long time. We felt our starter was a bit delayed when foodrunners showed up with our starters. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But by this point we were already in the middle of the meal. The food tasted good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but not bad. I admit the nachos were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered had breadcrumbs but that was missing. Fortunately, the server took care of it pretty quickly. We were never asked if we would like to have our drinks refilled. And after dinner we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. Neither of the problems on their own would have been a big deal, but together it made a somewhat uncomfortable experience. The waiter was nice and apologized. They also put together the starter for us which was lovely. Maybe it was a free night or maybe a new server but can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambience was nice."
