"Truly an incredible experience!! Chef Charles is very very passionate about his menu and wanted everyone to try his chicken and sausage gumbo. That first bite blew me away and I knew we were in for an incredible experience. But it doesn't end there, Kelly was was so sweet to my family and children! "Today is 39. Wedding anniversary for my husband and I (3-5-18) and what a treat for us it became in Jackson's steakhouse. We were decorated with perfect hospitality and service by Alex, the manager, Barbara the hostess and Tonya, the waitress. We enjoyed the special, “Catch of the Day”, grilled swordfish, dressed with spinach, cheese grottos with corn, filled with crabs and surrounded with grapes tomatoes. After we ate this, Alex, special dessert cheesecake was filled with blueberries. It's dying. We're coming back!"

"The food itself, the drinks and the staff were all great. I was disappointed in a few things; first, as at all steak houses I have been to, I expected great bread to start and there was none. Very disappointing. The filet medallions were just chunks, not really medallions. But they did taste great and presentation was very good too. Otherwise, overall it was very good."

"We have heard fabulous reviews about this restaurant, but were not as impressed as other diners. We were celebrating a special occasion and upon arrival were met with great hospitality, and immediately ushered to our table. We rate the service and the attention as high, but for the price we did not find the food as exceptional as we had hoped. The one item we tried on the menu, which was exceptional, is the escargot and gnocchi appetizer."

"If you like to have the staff openly criticize your drink order in front of you and enjoy burning your mouth on lasagna soup then this is the place for you. My husband and I went there for his birthday and it was ruined by the way the server and bartender talked about our drink choices going so far as to call them inappropriate. Ruined. Will never go back."
