"3 people in party. Waiter brought food of the other two before me. They started eating. Mine came. It wasnt my order. He noticed the other person had my food. She was eating my beans. He got upset and said to exchange plates. He didnt offer to get me a fresh plate. I ate around the area she ate off from. I think the waiter instead of getting mad should have offerred me a fresh plate. Neither one of us can understand their broken english and i am slightly hard of hearing. I"

Walked in was greeted and sat on point. The server was amazing. Kept asking if everything was OK. Took my order and with in 10 minutes my food was ready hot and on my table.

I ordered the pollo loco it SLAPPED !!! A generous portion, hot, delicious. I came with a large group and everyone was impressed with their meals! Great price as well! If I am ever back in the area I will definitely visit again!

Always exceeding expectations. Never once had a bad meal or bad service!! Friendly, prompt service. Shrimp California Burrito always hits the mark and the prices remind me of the early zero's. A must if you're in the Tri-City area. (And yes, the pic is the Chicken California Burrito and YES, IT'S about 6 pounds of heaven)
