"This was our first time here, the older lady at the counter went in the back and was putting the food together and did not change gloves. Also the other people in the back were wearing masks but not gloves, they were yelling as well. This restaurant seemed busy I’m not too sure why it took forever and the food was bland. The pork fried rice looked like Mexican rice or as if they poured bbq sauce on it. It was bland. The beef and chicken combo was ok, the sweet and sour chicken- my kids said it wasn’t all the way cooked and tasted weird. The egg roll was good it was chicken. I spent almost $50 I wouldn’t go back though."

"Amazing. We sat very fast, although it was pretty busy. Barbie was our waitress and she did a WONDERFUL job. She checked on our table so often. Barbie filled our drinks. Never had to look for her. The restaurant was very clean. The toilets were clean. The food was delicious. Our steak was the same as we ordered it. It had a great taste. The chicken fried steak tastes great. Hard potatoes were very good as well as the white engraving. Chickens and fries were delicious. Our children loved them. There was nothing bad about this steakhouse. Our family will eat here all the time. Thank you. Y'all are so much better than the Salzgrass Steakhaus does not go to the Salzgrass near Bryant Irving)"

"Johnny is the man, the myth, the legend of this restaurant. He is the most efficient, energetic, and friendly employee I have ever encountered. When I placed my order at the register, his professional and polite communication skills were a standout. It's no wonder this place is always busy - Johnny is the driving force. "We love Chick-fil-A. This location works hard to get your food served faster even though there's long lines. They always have multiple employees taking order outside to get the lines moving faster. The inside is cleaner compared to the past and so is the play area. The tables are so close its hard to move around easily. There's always kids in their play area. It's one of our favorite Chick-fil-A."

"Came in tonight and placed a 70 dollar order. When I get home I’m missing my sisters pecan pie and my aunts pasta. We notice we have an online order bag and again I placed my order IN STORE. So my aunt call and ask for a manager the lady gone tell me she know she made the order correct when I’m literally looking at my bag say ivy. So boom my auntie say can she speak with another manager when I saw my self the other black round man there. She say he gone when I left 10 minutes ago. I say if I have to drive back and bring my order it need to be remade she said no she won’t do that and hung up in my face. Twice! So I head up there to get my food remade and the black round man come from around the corner??? I thought he was gone???? I asked why she lied she sat there looking as crazy as she sounded on the phone. They make my order right like it should have been and he comes from around the corner and tells me I can’t come back. Y’all need to fix y’all’s management team. Never dealt with anything like this at this location and I won’t be back. All I wanted way my order remade that I paid for. I will be forwarding her to corporate. I asked the people her name is Hanna. Fix this."
