There aren't a ton of recent reviews so it's hard to know about this place, but I was desperate for pad thai and thought I'd try the lunch special. I don't know what I was served, but it wasn't pad thai. It's as if someone was described what pad thai was and they mixed it with sweet and sour. The food is great but the service and attitude when you pick up the food is awful. Never friendly!!! You pay extra for additional soy sauce etc., They changed after covid!!

This is our favorite place for Asian cuisine! Had an issue yesterday in that they forgot to put the egg rolls in when packing our order. They actually took the time to drive to my house to deliver them, and within a reasonable amount of time (we were still eating dinner). I'm not sure we are even in their delivery area, so I really appreciated it! I consider that pretty great customer service!

I visited dragon bowl tonight and I ordered Plain fried rice extra onion. I got my food into my dismay the rice was extra gummy and seem to be over cooked. I returned to the restaurant to request my order to be made over and when I received the new order it appeared to be the exact same way. The cashier told me nothing is wrong, it 's just you . The owner approaches and says what 's wrong with it, it 's rice I explained to him and showed him the video that I recorded and he proceeded to tell me GET YOUR MONEY AND DONT COME BACK HERE then he literally THREW THE MONEY AT ME. I was surprised because I eat here every week and for them to treat a patronizing customer with such dismissive behavior...
