Let me start off by saying, the prices are very reasonable, the portions are generous, and it 's quality Chinese food. All entrees included fried rice or white rice. We ordered the Sichuan fish filet in hot chili oil. Don 't let the red sea scare you, it really isn 't hot, mild at most. You 'd be surprised that under that oil, the boiled fish really isn 't greasy at all (of course don 't spoon the oil over your rice). I love hot pots, and my husband happened to run across this new place, and brought me here. This restaurant is still in its opening phases. They are sorting some things out, and apparently are still having menu changes. Scott was a great server, fun and friendly. We got the half and half, normal broth and spicy broth. I really enjoyed the spicy broth. The normal wasn't bad; it just didn't impress me. They had nine sauce, and even make a special mixed sauce that your server can specially mix. Overall it was yummy, the atmosphere was light and nice, and the service was good.

I ordered from the kitchen as I figured an hour would not be long enough for hotpot. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't spicy. I do want to go back and try the hotpot, though. It smelled amazing. UPDATE: I had the hotpot today with a couple of friends. I had to add the last star because it's really really good. We did the half spicy, half house pot. We ordered several meats including the lamb and garlic beef which were super tasty. We also got several vegetables including potatoes and napa cabbage. Everything was awesome.
