I purchased a Large Iced French Vanilla Coffee Extra Extra Liquid Sugar. The total amount for this drink is $3.35 USD. I received a notification that the location had billed me an additional two times for the one order. I found this out around their closing time at 7:56pm. I arrived and spoke to the employees as they seemed confused when I showed them my bank statement. They were shocked. The one employee apologized as he knows I'm a regular at this location. Twice this week I ordered an extra large hot french vanilla cream two equal and got whatever the heck they felt like giving me except for what I ordered. This is why I pretty much don't go anymore. I always leave a tip and end up so disappointed.
