"During my annual summer holidays in Norway, I had the pleasure of visiting Dynastiet a few times. I new cook from China has contributed to making the food even better than it used to be. The dishes are more elaborate and the presentation as well. The taste is real good. Dynastiet is family owned and run. One advantage of this is that the owner/staff is genuinely interested in pleasing the guests. At the same time it can be a challenge always to be on top of everything, e.g many guests at the same time. But I admire the way they handle it.
