"Found Eggspectation while trying to find a new place to eat. It was 1 hour from our house and well worth the trip. This is a very busy restaurant. We waited about 15 minutes for a table, which was a reasonable wait time given they were slammed with customers. My husband had the Bayou Benedict and I had the Shrimp and Grits. We were both very pleased with our breakfasts. Our breakfasts were delicious, hot and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is very lively and inviting. The entire staff is attentive and courteous. We were very impressed and look forward to returning."

There is wait for being seated but food is fine. Their food presentation is nice, although maybe not that healthy : All that fried stuff and eggs and cholesterol and fatty stuff.... straight appointment to the cardiologist : So eat wisely.

If you plan on the weekend to wait about 30-40 minutes. This location is new, I like the black and white theme decoration. It's bright and airy. The staff was pleasant and our server was friendly and very knowledgeable. There were many dishes and the food was well plated and delicious. I had one of the omelets and the potatoes were soft, but crispy. I'm definitely back.
