This is my local Einstein's, and I've been patronizing them a few years. Their bagels are always fresh: soft and chewy. The shmears are seasoned well. Their sandwich materials are fresh. Every time I'm there I encounter pleasant employees. Regardless of whether it's a lazy weekend morning or busy lunch, I find they work efficiently.

However, on another occasion, I was disappointed by the service. I had hoped for a better experience but wasn’t asked if I wanted my bagel toasted. I actually did want it toasted, but ended up with a cold bagel instead. I'm unsure if this was my oversight, but it would have been helpful if they had asked, as I'm not very familiar with how to order. Oh well!
