"Terrible experienceI ordered a texax fajita ,steak pieces ar not steak but small beef stripes and smell bad like old meet ,also beer drafts taste like have water on it costumer next to me taste and left without stay for food) if you pay with a card they will charge a fee for non cash payment.Manager was recalcitrant when told about issues.Never again"

I've been to Owatonna many times but never tried El Loro before. Sat down and was served immediately. Chips and salsa right away. Ordered the enchiladas. Tasted great. Service was amazing. Staff very friendly and courteous. Well visit here again.Food: 5/5

I went in for lunch and my server was Minerva. Really amazing service. I was sat down quickly and had ordered and received my food in a really timely manner. I was checked on several times throughout. They're giving Famous Dave's a run for their money.Food: 4/5
