"Came in on a Saturday evening and it was nearly empty. We were greeted and seated immediately. We ordered horchata, limonada and an ice cold water. All drinks were on point and delicious even the water (not all restaurants serve good tasting water). For our meals we ordered a kids plate of tacos, beef flautas and Chorreados (birria quesadilla). The beef flautas were the winners! Really crunchy but not greasy, lots of veggies and avocado. My husband and daughter enjoyed the beans that came with their dishes but said the rice was just okay. The rice wasn’t a typical Mexican or Spanish rice just plain white rice. This restaurant was next door to our hotel so it was very convenient but we would...

Coffee was cold plus waitress gave us a dirty spoon for coffee. Waited 45 minutes for the food to come out cold. I do not recommend this place.

"My wife and I wanted a nice, relaxed place to sit outside and have a fun dinner. We were very disappointed with the service. It took our waiter about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity while waiting to order drinks). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and water, but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We haven't seen our server in a long time. We felt our starter was a bit delayed when foodrunners showed up with our starters. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But by this point we were already in the middle of the meal. The food tasted good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but not bad. I admit the nachos were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered had breadcrumbs but that was missing. Fortunately, the server took care of it pretty quickly. We were never asked if we would like to have our drinks refilled. And after dinner we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. Neither of the problems on their own would have been a big deal, but together it made a somewhat uncomfortable experience. The waiter was nice and apologized. They also put together the starter for us which was lovely. Maybe it was a free night or maybe a new server but can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambience was nice."
