The one problem is the chicken tender crust or whatever you call it was ripping apart very quickly and was difficult to eat. The combination of the excellent service and the charming setting that makes Vermillion a standout. "I took the family for dinner today. We went from Starr County to see what the Vermillion had to offer and it was not disappointed! The keviche was great and the Mexican food was on the spot. The service was top notch! We go 3-5 times a year to Brownsville, just to get out of our area and we definitely eat there right away. Ohh, and I forgot to mention the prices are very reasonable."
