We let him know the food had no taste but we were going to pay for it all anyway. He because defensive and rude. Even asked if we were trying to get it for free after I told him we were still paying. We will never eat there again."

Every time I go to El Poblano, the food and service is always top notch.

Most of the order was wrong or missing something and we live 30 mins away. He made no attempt to apologize for leaving stuff out. He actually blamed me and then spent ten minutes mansplaining. The worst customer service I've ever received and not once offered to correct it . I'll never eat that again.
