"I 've eaten here previously for Taco Tuesdays but never for breakfast. After hearing about these burritos I finally sopped by. I stepped up and ordered ' The Junkyard ' burrito. Start with some eggs, cheese and hash browns inside and then add Mexican chili, chorizo, beef, bacon sausage covered with white queso cheese sauce and wrapped in a large flour tortilla. This burrito proably weighs #1+ and a good 8 ' on length. I got both mild and hot sauce on the side, also great tasting. After talking with Larry and finding out there 's a super size of this burrito that weighs in around 3 pounds for those of you with a larger appetite), I will definitely add this to my top list of breakfast choices...

I went here for the first time yesterday with my boyfriend's family. They're regulars here. And I have to say the food was wonderful. I tried their tacos and they were the best I've had in the area. It's not the fanciest place, but the staff are nice and the food is reasonably priced. I will be returning.

Stopped in for my sons birthday lunch and everything was fantastic. Larry and his staff are phenomenal. Larry came out to visit with us like he always does and when he heard it was my sons birthday, he sent dessert out for the three of us. My wife and I have been eating there since the mid-80's. The service and quality of food have never changed. If you haven't tried this hidden gem you really need too!

"We are in town for New Years and a Chiefs game. Bristol’s was recommended by our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint. We made reservations for 6 top and arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated promptly. Adam was our waiter and was amazing. He is the reason for a solid 5 stars. He made great recommendations for us, kept our drinks filled at all times and cleared our table quickly after we finished with a serving. We started with cauliflower, calamari and oysters for appetizers. All three were very good, but the cauliflower stole the show. It was so good. Secondly, 3 of us had Cesar salads and they were great. The dressing is made fresh daily and it makes all the difference. My husband ordered the bisque and he was nice enough to swap with me halfway through because I loved the bisque when I tried his. For entrees we had a variety of things off the menu. One member of our party had the Tuna and said it was exceptionally good. Another had the filet and crab cake and loved both. He commented on the crab cake being the best he has ever had. Another member had the KC strip and said the flavor was great, but the steak was on the tough side. Another member had the chicken, it was a large serving and was very flavorful and good. The potatoes were a standout on this dish. I had the sea bass and it was okay. I’ve had better, but it was still pretty good. I didn’t finish all of it. It was. Bite rubbery and I probably wouldn’t order it again if I went back. Our last member decided on the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good, but not a stand out. Lastly we had cream brûlée for dessert. We are a bit of hard judges when it comes to crème brûlée and we would give this a 7/10. It needed a bit more toasting on the top. Over all we had a great evening with great friends along with exceptional serves from Adam. We will definitely come back if ever in KC."
