Are you looking for great service, southern-friendly people, amazing signature drinks, and great food? Then don’t miss the opportunity to eat at Evelyn’s. From fried okra to the civitas cocktail (voted best cocktail in Birmingham). And their super quaint patio is a must foe dinner this time of year.

We had a 6:45 reservation on a Saturday night and was surprised to find how empty this place was. For the price point it was awkward how quiet and empty it was. The tables were not set and lacked decor. Despite the lack of busy tables, the drinks took forever to arrive. The food however did arrive promptly and was tasty! But they were out of the steak. If you are needing a last minute reservation for a large group this is the place.
