"Though this places offers many vegan options, including vegan gluten free bread for sandwiches and burgers, when asked about the brand of bread used, the counter staff and chef said Glutino. When I told them this bread brand uses egg whites, they had no idea. I can't imagine how many people have eaten here trusting the meal they chose was indeed vegan, as advertised. Ask carefully, as they even said their breading and marinades were either vegan or gluten free, when they weren't."

We are here twice in our 5 day Houston visit. Had the macrobiotic plate the first time the garden veggie burger with salad fries the second thoroughly enjoyed both. Staff are super friendly helpful. They have various soups each day, tried the split pea and it was wonderful.
