"I stopped here to just get a sundae, I spend 5 bucks on a super sundae and waited 7 minutes for it. I also watched the worker with no name tag grab 2 waffles without gloves and put it into my sundae. Whenever I got to the Jamestown location I get a lot of peanut butter and crunchies, but she took forever for 1 item, did not use gloves, and did not use the proper amount of food to my make sundae for the cost. Its basically just vanilla ice cream with a little peanut butter drizzle. There were also 3 other workers that I could visibly see talking and standing around instead of helping quickly get me my sundae. I mainly upset about the gloves, I work in fast food and would NEVER TOUCH SOMEONES...

I'm sorry to have to say this while the food was good until we noticed one of the kids working there was picking her nose with gloves on and whipping her nose on sleeve.my stomach turned because we had already eating when we saw her do this.they seemed to be all kids and service was very slow and kinda rude by how slow and goofing off they was acting.also the nasty flies bugging us bad and sticky floors.will not being going back there until they have grown ups who are not picking noses,playing and slacking and slow and flies flying all over with dirty floors and dirty tables again.

"This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Impeccable service, which is hard to find lately. The food is delicious and the chef goes out of his way to accommodate special dietary needs! "Great experience. We were there for our 50th anniversary celebration with our family. Dan (Mgr catering ? was so helpful accommodating. I talked to him at least 3 or 4 times to change details he was always pleasant. The food was great. We had salad, deep dish thin crust pizza, appetizers cocktails. The highlight of the whole experience was our waitress Tammy. She went over above everything we could have wanted. She was so personable, attentive, helpful, kid friendly. Eating out would be so much nicer if every server was a Tammy . Thank you for a great dining experience."

"My wife had the stuffed squash blossoms that were so divine she would close her eyes savoring each bite. She also had the flat bread. I had the filet that was so tender it could be cut with a fork. The long term staff make service always top notch. They're like family because they are. The entire dining experience at 1776 is first class."

"Ancient Antigua in Crystal Lake is an excellent restaurant that probably needs more wait staff. The food was very good; however, when the wait staff seemed overworked; yet, really tried hard to respond to the overwhelming demand of the diners, you know that it is time to consider more help. I really felt sorry for our waiter; he really hustled without ever losing his cool. The recipes and style of the items are different from the run of the mill eateries of Mexican cuisine available in Florida where I live; however, I did enjoy these variations on the themes (always a desirable attribute in my book. If I lived here, I would look forward to variations to try! TIP: the portions are massive; hence, SHARE (which also allows your to sample more options... The frozen Margarita machine was broken; but, on the rocks style was OK."
