"Last night of our 2 week vacation at Westin Mission Hills Rancho Mirage. Packing up decided to get the Hook Ladder 12 inch sub to share. It was so good. Plenty of very good quality Ham, Turkey, PepperCheese rest of fixings. We chose to have it on wheat bread. Preferrred over their white. We are from Wisconsin our town is finally going to have a Firehouse very soon. A nice change from the other chains. Looking forward to it."

I want to give it five stars because the food is good, but it's kind of hard if the employees are rude and you don't ask if you want to donate your change and roundup them anyway do it without asking. Portions are small, the price is high. The product is decent.
