"The brisket was delicious as always, but the chips were missing when my order was delivered. I called Firehouse, and the woman I apologized and said it was her fault not to put her in the pocket. She was very nice about it and took responsibility that is rare nowadays. I said I would pick her up and she had a bag with the chips and Rice Krispie treats and a cookie prepared for the kids. I thought that was a good customer service. Errors happen, but how to fix them makes such a difference!"

I would like to buy 1000 Firehouse subways and to every subway nearby to hand them over to the owners and employees. I'd say that, guys, is a sub. If you ever tried firehouse like me, you're ruined for any other sandwich.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they now have a gluten-free bungalow option in some places! There are also several pandemic-friendly options to get your food, including GrubHub, the order for pick up inside, order in person, and board pickup. You comply with current health and safety requirements, so don't forget your mask!
