"First time going there, figured I would give it a try. Not a fan, they use water baths to heat the meat, gives it a boiled taste. Stood there for almost 10 minutes before I could place an order, there were 3 people there working. No one in line in front of me though. After I ordered took about 12 minutes to get my food, no bag for carry out just a cardboard container for the sub and some napkins on top. No personality from the staff at all, they all looked miserable and made for a real solemn visit. Not a fan, won't be back."

This firehouse is located in the top level of the firehouses I visited. The crew was seriously attentive to the detail and seemed to like their work. The restaurant was clean and generally cheerful. I always order a special sandwich the same in every Firehouse this place managed to make it exactly as I asked good work!

Was starving and wanted something good tasting for lunch, specially after not eating breakfast. We showed up just as they were u locking the doors. The food was great, 100x better then a sub from subway. Customer service was great. But those people need a pay raise for dealing with all those fresh onions they need to cut every day. W O W...! Talk about a strong smell.

First time experience at any Firehouse location (I received a gift card from work). I had the medium beef and cheddar brisket just straight up with bbq sauce. Although a bit pricey the sub was very tasty and I do love brisket. My complaint here was the very small amount of meat in the sub, sure was nothing like the picture on the menu board. For this reason I probably won?t be a frequent flyer.
