"First time we were confused about how things work and had an average experience. We think it is a beautiful place overall, but has space for improvements. Our suggestions/experience: The order counter looks like taking a coffee place so we bypassed it and walked into what we thought was the restaurant itself. No one has told us something and we finally asked an employee how seats worked. He gave us a funny look at the coffee area and said to order there. We did. This took a few minutes and now we were about four deep in the back of a line. We wanted to order breakfast and the breakfast menus were up. There was no time name for everything there was a start/stop time for breakfast and lunch. When we made it an orderer and tried to order breakfast items, we said that they stop serving at 11:00. It was 11:04. So. A sign or two records of the switches would be good. Also. Really, according to no direction how it works and stand in line, could we not get eggs at 11:04 yet? We ordered quiche and avocado toast. The quiche had good taste, but was unmatched in the temperature some parts warm and other parts cold. The roasted bagel was good as the roasted onions. The avocado and the egg were very bland. When we had ordered, no one told us that we had to wait for our coffee and the Moimosa (and water) at the coffee station. We were looking for seats and heard someone else say something about drinks. We asked the same employee we talked to before, and he said we had to go to the bar and get the drinks themselves. Odd for a restaurant. When we ordered it was necessary to pay before the time, including the top. This is unpleasant if we have?t actually had a chance to still see the quality of the service; does not make us want to leave a tip. And since there is really no service (you take a number, get your own water and your own drinks and sit yourself) it does not seem right to request a tip. Especially when, after the supply of food, they never came back to check or see if everything was okay. All in all, maybe three stars. Maybe two. It has potential to be more; just need a bit more attention to detail, and to the moats."
