"I 'm not sure if this is their 'flagship store ' being on South Congress, but it certainly could be. The truth is that it 's like any other Freebirds location where you get to create your own burrito. Freebirds has more toppings and options than any other burrito purveyor, so there 's that. This one, though, is cleaner than most, much more organized, and has a drink area with the holy grail of condiments lemon packets for iced tea. Those things alone are praiseworthy. The service at this location is pretty efficient as well. If I had one criticism, it 's the volume of online orders that seem to get filled before walk in customers. Love this place! Fast service, friendly staff, and classic Freebirds taste. I came in for lunch on a Friday afternoon and didn't have to wait long to get food. Everything tasted fresh, and the dining area was clean and tidy.

I love freebirds! Always an excellent experience! The burritos are delicious, the meat and veggies are fresh, and the staff take pride in making them. Staff is always positive, friendly, and look like they are having fun while working. I'll definitely be back soon!
