The lady who took our order was very friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted. The menu is covered with tons of tasty options so it took a minute to decide. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I was deciding between flavors, and she offered me a sample before I could even ask. They were friendly, helpful, and everything was served quickly. I've been to a lot of ice cream shops and this one is by far my favorite. Locally owned and managed, the staff is super friendly and quick to offer suggestions or explanations of the different flavors. What sets Frosty Falls apart are the novelty treats. The ice cream sandwiches are my favorite. They're perfectly sized with a delicious coating of chocolate crunch. If you want to really treat yourself get the Jumbo version. These are two chocolate chunk cookies with your choice of vanilla or chocolate ice cream in between. The cookies themselves would rival any bakery but then you put Frosty's Ice Cream in between?!
