"I visited Buzihutte largely on the Lonely Planet's recommendation of the view over Innsbruck. The view is over Innsbruck airport-not the city. Unless you have a car or use a taxi it's a good 45 minute plus walk, much of it uphill, from the city....Bus K brings you quite close to it as an alternative to walking. One can't blame the restaurant for its lack of a stunning view or its difficult accessibility. The menu, while good, does not offer a wide choice, especially if you are offered the tourist menu. On the other hand, the food that I had was very good and was incredible value--three courses, 250 ml of white, 250 ml of red and two glasses of storm Wein for 44 Euros!!!! Definitely go there...

Great views from the outside seating of this restaurant which also has cosy looking inside seating. The menu offers typical Austrian dishes at reasonable prices. Cash only and it is some distance to an ATM.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Lokal nicht weit außerhalb von Innsbruck. Das Essen war sehr lecker (Gemüsepfanne 3 verschiedene Beilagen) und wurde relativ schnell nach der Bestellung serviert. Geschmacklich waren alle Gerichte sehr gut und auch die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Definitiv eine gute Adresse, wenn man in Innsbruck nach lokaler Küche sucht.

Am Rand von Innsbruck gelegen bietet die Buzihütte besonderes Flair. Eine Empfehlung für Freunde, die zum Essen in lockerer, unkomplizierter Umgebung einen Abend verbringen möchten. Reservieren sollte man. Die Lage der Hütte ist sehr schön, das Essen recht ordentlich. Sehr schön zu lesen ist auch die Bezeichnung für eine Nachspeise, die bei Piefkes zu Hause durch verklemmte Welterneuerer abgeschafft werden soll.
