"I was a guest in this restaurant during a girl's night. The location on the lake is really fantastic. From the beer garden you can enjoy a very nice sunset. The restaurant consists of a beautiful rustic house and a large beer garden. The courts were high quality and the prices are quite appropriate. Unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired. The staff makes a very uncoordinated impression. We ordered our drinks from a waitress brought to us by another waiter. However, we were unable to order our food because it was not responsible for it. It'll make you sick. Finally, we managed to order food and actually get it. The dishes were very delicious and the portions sufficient. Satisfied and satisfied we wanted to make the numbers. But here too we had trouble. Apparently, every waiter can't take off. Remarkable service model. It took forever to get an authorized waitress where we could finally pay. We found it quite annoying. In addition, the number of parking spaces for the size of the restaurant is too small. In beautiful weather there is hardly a parking lot. The sanitary facilities have already seen better days. Too bad. The Buchscharner Seewirt really has potential to be a perfect restaurant if these shortcomings were not."

"If you don’t like serving people, you shouldn’t be serving people. I arrived @11:45. I was told the place opens @noon. My petition whether I could sit on the terrace and start looking at the menu was rejected. When I ordered, I asked if the fish could be accompanied with veggies instead of potatoes. I was told I could have asparagus for an additional charge of €8 euro. I refused the offer. I was offered bread instead. That was charged with €2 euro on the bill without notifying me. All in all, I wouldn’t return in spite of the nice spot next to the lake. Only the waitress who allegedly started two days prior saved the day. She tried to help and stood out from the overall atmosphere in the place. I attach the ‘information’ I received with payment. €27 for grilled fish, two slices bread and a beer…"

"the holiday in juni 2018 was perfect in the hotel. good, rich breakfast, the dinner a la carte also excellent. the service: friendly, friendly, feel comfortable. they have addressed our needs individually. bikes were safely accommodated, parking on the parking lot of the hotel. all this hotel is 100% recommended"

Finally we could order food and actually get it. the dishes were very tasty and the portions sufficient. satisfied and satisfied we wanted to pay. but also here we had difficulties. seemingly, they can't all go away. strange service model. it took forever until we got a waitress who was entitled to where we could finally pay. we found it quite annoying.
