"If it were possible to leave zero stars, this would be a zero star review. We had such a negative experience with Great India that we will never do business with them again and we will no longer make our catering orders through them. Today we ordered curry pakoras and we discovered a chicken piece in our curry pakoras. My wife called in to report this, as we do not eat meat, and the lady who initially helped us was very apologetic and offered to replace it if we could come pick it up. We were shortly thereafter called back by a man who tried to infer that my wife lied about the chicken and tried to mansplain that it couldn’t possibly be from his kitchen because all their chicken pieces are...

Food was bland, lacking flavor. Ordered my food spicy and there wasn 't spice to it. Dined in with my partner, after we were seated, 2 separate groups of 4 guys came in and they were attended to before us, got their food before us. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

"We must have done something wrong here as Del Barrio has so many high star reviews but that was not our experience. 1st, very different experience based on where you sit. We were a party of 2 during a busy time. We were put at a 2 top a few inches away from other 2 person tables. We could hear EVERY word the tables next to us said and I'm sure everything we said was heard by them. 2nd, the menu/value. This is my own fault but I still hold them accountable for the inconsistency. Waiter asked if we wanted chips and salsa, which is included, we said yes, he then asked if we wanted cheese (queso dip) with those. Chips were still free but queso was $12. I also added chili verde to my birria burrito which cost an additional $4.50. I asked for melted cheese and that was left out. Both of us ordered burritos and for the base price the portions are fair but careful adding anything to it. 3rd, food quality. The chips and queso was really good, but still not anywhere close to $12+ good. But the burritos were mostly refried beans that were extremely bland. We're talking sub Taco Bell quality beans. Picture showed maybe 20% beans in the burritos, additionally beans were listed as the 3rd/4th ingredient in the burritos but both of our burritos were 80% bean and very little meat. Imagine the beans from 2 Taco Bell bean and cheese burritos, with out the onions and red sauce, packed into a larger tortilla with a little bit of beef sprinkled in and that was the burritos we got. So after getting a bill for $50 (only 1 soda ordered) and below Taco Bell quality, I felt it was my moral imperative to warn others. I'm not saying don't go here, as I'm sure they have some good food there or there wouldn't be so many great reviews but we sure didn't find anything worth more than $5."
