"Vanessa and the yummy food at the Gypsy coffee truck were such a bright spot in my Saturday morning today!!! I found it a few months ago at the Pukalani Kulamalu Longs parking lot, I think it's there every Saturday. Decided to stop by again today and did not regret it. The carrot-strawberry-mango smoothie was delicious, their Chai lattes are always spot-on, and the avocado toast was a yummy daily special! I'm excited that they're selling Dynamite Donuts from Wailuku) now too! Definitely going to keep tabs on this coffee/breakfast truck. :"
